Jqk8 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and jqk8 ("Platform", "Us"). These Terms govern the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by jqk8.

By accessing, registering, or using any feature of the jqk8 platform — including downloading the app, making a deposit, or joining any game — you expressly acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.

Jqk8 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the jqk8 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Not residing in a country or region where online gambling activities are fully prohibited by local law.
• Never been officially banned from using the jqk8 platform or any related platform previously.
• Registering under your own identity and not on behalf of a third party.
• Possessing the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account only at jqk8. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or devices — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, mobile number, and password. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being closed without notice and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

A jqk8 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.

4Deposits & Payments

Jqk8 accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods including online banking (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost), and instant bank transfers.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account in under 2 minutes. For cases that take longer, please contact our support team.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Jqk8 does not accept cash deposits or funds obtained from unlawful sources.
• Jqk8 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a bank account or e-wallet before processing any withdrawal.
• Suspicious transactions will be investigated and may require additional processing time.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your jqk8 account are processed back to the same payment method used for your original deposit, subject to KYC compliance and promotional rollover requirements (where applicable).

The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. Withdrawals to local banks and e-wallets are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance or off-peak hours may take longer to process.
• Jqk8 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes without providing a specific reason.
• Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once submitted for processing.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier. VIP members enjoy higher limits.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, cashback, and special offers provided by jqk8 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rollover requirements before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the specified rollover requirements.
• Jqk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Jqk8 reserves the right to void winnings obtained through unauthorized use of bonuses or in breach of promotional terms.

7Game Rules

All games available on the jqk8 platform — including Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, Slots, and Sports Betting — operate on a fair and transparent system. Casino games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure random and unbiased outcomes.

Members acknowledge that all game outcomes are final and non-disputable except in cases of proven system error. Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted to the jqk8 support team within 24 hours of the game ending.

• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Jqk8 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings suspected of involving fraud or collusion.
• Wagers placed during a disconnection or technical disruption may not be registered — jqk8 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's end.

8Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your jqk8 account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. jqk8 will never request your password via email, text message, or live chat at any time.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, please contact the jqk8 support team immediately. jqk8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

• Jqk8 is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Sharing login credentials with others is entirely at the user's own risk.
• Jqk8 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account if unusual login activity is detected, for protection purposes.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jqk8 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts to obtain duplicate benefits.
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration or KYC verification.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any technology capable of manipulating game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system.
• Conducting transactions with intent to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or being disrespectful toward jqk8 support staff or other users.
• Abusing promotions or system loopholes to gain undue advantage.

10Account Closure

Jqk8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from relevant authorities.

Users may also choose to close their own account by contacting the jqk8 support team. Any remaining balance after all rollover requirements are fulfilled will be returned to the registered bank account or e-wallet within 5 to 7 business days.

• Accounts closed due to terms violations are not eligible for recovery of any remaining balance.
• Account closure requests on responsible gaming grounds will be processed promptly and the account will be added to the exclusion list.

11Liability Limits

Jqk8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from gameplay, service disruptions, or technical issues beyond jqk8's control.

Jqk8 strives to ensure the platform operates at its best at all times. However, we cannot guarantee the platform will be free from errors or disruptions at every moment. In the event of a technical disruption affecting an ongoing game, jqk8 will resolve the situation in the fairest manner possible based on available system data.

12Terms Amendment

Jqk8 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a clear update date.

For significant changes, jqk8 will endeavor to notify members via email or in-platform notifications. However, continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any amendments, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.
